Join us Employers! Based on popular demand ~ employer to employer ~ this one’s designed just for you! Managing and supervising people who provide a direct support to you, is a unique situation. In your home, on your job, there are many dynamics and a balance is essential. Attendees will have a better understanding of their role as employers in the relationship and understand best practices about the support and management of employees. Hear from highly experienced trainers who manage their own support staff employees, about the staff match and leave with a tip sheet for supervisors with tools for employee support and engagement.
This session is only for people who are currently Self Directing their services in Maryland, Support Brokers and Family Members are welcome to accompany and support people who would like to attend.
